Despite our success, we recognized that senior care could be improved! In the late 90’s, Teresa, a longstanding member of SAGE Federation and former board member, presented to Godwin her idea for a personalized, concierge home model in a neighborhood community explicitly tailored for assisted living and memory care.

We knew that senior care could be better, which is why Teresa’s House was born — created with a sketch and a dream, wrapped in a passion for excellence. We asked a simple question: What would our parents want?  What would we want? The answer was simple: A place where residents can just be themselves in a home environment living life to the fullest!
